Report by Miss Mutch

The Liverpool Archdiocese Secondary Schools’ Partnership have been running a photography competition for local schools. The theme has been ‘We are valued, we are unique, we have faith, we are a family and we are the future’ and all schools and colleges were invited to submit entries for this year’s exhibition which will take place at St George’s Hall, for one month from 27 April until 28 May 2017.

The competition was open to the whole school and was reinforced to the pupils during their RE lessons.

Congratulations to the three successful entries for this year: Jessica F and Emily G for their family-orientated picture entries at Key Stage 3, and Jack McG for his stunning photograph of the Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral of Christ the King as our Key Stage 4/5 entry. Please do go along to the exhibition to see our pupils' work and the other amazing entries from across the city's schools.

The opening times of the exhibition in the Heritage Centre at St George's Hall are 10am to 5.00pm (last admission at 4.30pm) every day, including bank holidays running from 28 April to 28 May 2017.
