Lepra: Health in Action

Year 7 today presented Lepra with a cheque for £1,312.47 to cure children with Leprosy.
Last Term, the whole of year 7 took part in a sponsored Aerobics Work Out lasting a total of fifty minutes in which they took part in lots of different aerobic activities. Their hard work paid off, with raising this amount they have helped to cure over 60 children with Leprosy and to date St Edward's College have raised a total of £2,724 in two years, curing over 129 children.
St Edward's College was also presented with a Plaque from Lepra as a thank you for the enormous contribution to the charity.
A big congratulations and thank you to all Year 7 for all their hard work, effort and dedication this year, an excellent result.
