Winter Ball

The ever popular Winter Ball will be held on Saturday 5 December from 19.00 until 02.00 in the College Dining Hall.
The provisional format of the evening is as follows:
• pre-dinner drinks in the College Hall
• a five course dinner served at your table
• a late bar with wine and champagne available at reasonable costs
• music and dancing to Spectro Disco
• professional photography
• a raffle and fundraising games during the course of the evening
Tickets are priced at £40 per person and tables are available for a maximum of ten people (smaller groups or couples will be seated together). Tickets will be sold on a first come first served basis, however, if you are booking a table on behalf of a number of people please return the reply slip to reserve your table and then forward payment by the due date. Tickets are non-refundable.
If you are able to be the Main Sponsor of the evening or sponsor any part of the event (pre-dinner drinks or entertainment) please complete the appropriate section of the slip below and return to Miss R Eades at the College.
Alternatively, if you are able to provide a raffle prize, your generosity is much appreciated and, as a matter of course, your support acknowledged in the menu card. Please leave any items at College Reception with your details.
The money raised from the Winter Ball 2009 will be used for the benefit of the pupils.
