IT Club

The use of computers is increasing in all aspects of society and the productive use of ICT is an essential skill for life. ICT is used in all subjects at St Edward's College and being confident when using the computer is now more important than ever.

With so many software applications around how can we be expected to be an expert in all of them? IT Club is an opportunity for pupils to refine their skills and further their understanding of either programs or the theory behind ICT. It is a time when pupils can work independently, use their initiative, work in a team or consult with teachers who are able to explain things in more detail.

Whether pupils want to surf the web in a safe environment, create websites and flash animations or simply complete work for various subjects using the state of the art computer systems, all are welcome at IT Club.
